Henry Ward is the Founder & CEO @ Carta, the startup that helps private companies, public companies, and investors manage their cap tables, valuations, investments, and equity plans. Prior to founding Carta, Henry was Founder of SecondSight, a portfolio optimization platform for retail investors.
